At the Colonial Gastrobar we see down to even the smallest details, daring to use our own ingredients to offer you a high-level gastronomic experience.

At our restaurant in Colonia de Sant Jordi we produce our very own gin. It's one of the most traditional liqueurs on the island, and we wanted to give it our personal touch, with very Mediterranean aromas. We also make our own oil, grow our own citrus fruits... and, in short, do all we can to offer the very finest ingredients, which we cherish.
