Long Course Weekend Mallorca 2024

The Long Course Weekend is expected to bring together thousands of participants in one or more of its available modalities: swimming and/or running. For each event, there are several distances available so that you can adapt your registration to your level and physical condition.

The entire event has different categories and modalities:

FULL LWC DUO: This race is divided into the two days of the event. On Saturday 20 April, the swimming event will be held with a distance of 3.8 km and on Sunday 21 April the Marathon with a race of 42.2 km.

SWIM: This modality is designed for participants who only want to take part in the swimming event to be held on Saturday 20 April. This race has two distances, 3.8 kilometres or 1.9 kilometres.

RUN: This event is designed for running enthusiasts with its different distances, designed for all types of athletes. The Marathon 42.2 km, Half Marathon 21.1 km, 10 km race or 5 km race.

Location: Colònia de Sant Jordi

The Long Course Weekend Mallorca will take place in the south of the island of Mallorca. A perfect environment for the practice of this type of sporting events thanks to its climate, its natural environment and its orography.

Sporting events

During the 20th and 21st of April, participants in the Long Course Weekend Mallorca will be able to select the option that best suits their sporting level. Here are the details of the distances available for registration.

Swimming

The swimming event will take place on Saturday 20th April 2024 at 13:00 hours. All participants will start from the beach of Es Port in Colonia de Sant Jordi.

The test can be taken in the distance of 1.9 km or the full distance of 3.8 km, with prices ranging from €40 to €55. In addition, residents of the Balearic Islands have a discount on registration and the price ranges between 35 and 50 euros.

Footrace

The running part of the race runs through our town, starting in Colonia de Sant Jordi and finishing at the Ses Salines lighthouse, at the southern tip of the island of Mallorca. The start of the race is the marina of Colonia de Sant Jordi and the runners will start at 10:15 depending on the distance they run.

In this part of the competition, runners can choose between four distances: marathon (42.2 km), half marathon (21.1 km), 10 km or 5 km.

The prices for the race range from 65€ for the full distance to 25€ for the 5 km race. As in the swimming part, Balearic residents will have special prices in all available distances between 60 and 20€.

Race for Children and Juniors

In addition to the above sporting events for adults, during the Long Course Weekend Mallorca there will also be a special place for the youngest members of the family. With a limited capacity of 500 participants, children from 0 to 12 years old will be able to register for the Kids Beach Run for an individual price of only 5€.

Registration LCW Mallorca 2024

Registration is now open for all the modalities and versions available and can be done directly on the organisation's website. The maximum price for the longer distances is 140€ or only 135€ for residents of the Balearic Islands.
